Meet Dr. Andrew Garrett, DO, MPH, MS
Dr. Andrew Garrett, a native of Orem, Utah, specializes in adult neurology with expertise in managing migraines and movement disorders using botulinum toxin and nerve block procedures. Skilled in neurophysiological testing, including EMG, nerve conduction studies, and EEG for epilepsy, he brings extensive experience from his time as a U.S. Navy medical officer and Assistant Professor of Neurology. Dr. Garrett holds an MPH in epidemiology and an MS in Microbiology.
